Generally you have two options to set up your phone.

1. Using POP

If you choose POP your device will download your emails to your phone and store them on your phone. You can choose to delete them off the server immediately, never or within a specific time frame. We recommend to leave a copy of your emails on the server for 7-14 days. Leaving a copy on the server for a period of time will ensure that other devices you use can download the emails too.

Your details when using POP should be the following:

username & email = account@yourdomain.com
password = the password we supplied you with
incoming mailserver = mail.yourdomain.com
incomign mailserver port = 110
SSL = None
outgoing mailserver = mail.yourdomain.com
incomign mailserver port = 26
SSL = None

2. Using IMAP

When using IMAP to manage your emails your emails are stored on the web server (as opposed to being stored on your device). This will allow you to synchronise your emails across multiple devices. Your mailbox limit is set to 2GB by default, which means that overtime you will have to delete old emails to free up space on the server.

Your details when using IMAP should be the following:

username & email = account@yourdomain.com
password = the password we supplied you with
incoming mailserver = mail.yourdomain.com
incomign mailserver port = 143
SSL = None
outgoing mailserver = mail.yourdomain.com
incomign mailserver port = 26
SSL = None
