Migration Process

We manage the entire transition:

  1. Setup of Google Workspace
  2. Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  3. Secure migration of historical emails
  4. DNS update and monitoring
  5. Reconnection to Outlook or chosen software
  6. Testing and confirmation

Old mailboxes remain temporarily as backup until migration is fully confirmed. Most businesses experience little to no disruption.
