1. Create your stationary in dreamweaver and save it as a .htm file
2. All images contained in the stationary file ideally should reside on a server and the “src” should contain the full path to the image (i.e. http://www.yourdomain.com/stationary/yourimage.jpg)
3. Copy the .htm file into the “stationary” folder of your computer. The stationary folder can be found

4. Go into Outlook > Options > Mail (format) > Stationary > Select your .htm file
5. Done!
